Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you full authority over your email mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in no time and manage its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponders and defend your email mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming electronic mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
